2 · What makes a strong CV
Some employers in Nepal expect a photo, date of birth or nationality. Include them only when the ad or the employer’s norm asks.
Leave out photo, date of birth, marital status and religion unless the application asks for them.
Never on any CV: citizenship or passport numbers.
